Dispenses raw materials according to the formula amount on the batch record. All raw material dispensing is performed in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality Systems Regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Health and Safety requirements

Requirements

  • Dispense raw materials for batches
  • Lifting raw materials from pallet to work station
  • Wipe up spills and keep work station area clean
  • Observes company’s safety procedures and policy at all times
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned
  • 1 year of chemical processing experience or batch mixing in manufacturing environment
  • Basic computer skills for email and data entry
  • Must read, write and speak in English, and communicate clearly and concisely
  • Ability to read, write and perform basic mathematical calculation
  • Able to participate in a team-oriented environment, willingness to assist and train others
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to operate, maintain and troubleshoot weighing equipment, and make minor adjustments as needed
  • Able to work overtime
